I can be shy and quiet at first but warm up as I get to know people. I am honest, reliable, down to earth, dependable, considerate, affectionate, respectful, supportive and hard working. I am faithful and true and would never betray my partner, I am a 1 woman man. I was raised to respect women and to be courteous to them. I am calm, easy going, a good listener, tolerant and patient with a good sense of humour. I am mature and responsible and know what I want from life. Do you like choclolates ? Someone once told me I am like a chocolate that is hard on the outside and soft in the middle. I dont like conflict or argument, I much prefer harmony - my philosophy is never to let the sun go down on an argument or disagreement. For the woman that will love me and put her heart and soul into building our life and family, I would put her on a pedestal and have eyes for her only. I am a romantic at heart. I love to walk through the countryside or by the sea, hand in hand with my sweetheart or have intimate candlelit dinners with her or just cuddling together at home on the sofa. Although I am 45, I am in very good shape and take care of myself. I eat well, drink in moderation and have never smoked. I exercise regularly. My job is secure and stable so that I can support a family. I enjoy my work very much - dealing with students all the time helps to keep me feeling young at heart. I am a keen gardener, I love to watch flowers grow and blossom into beautiful colours and shapes. I also enjoy cooking. When I have the time and people to cook for, I can prepare very good meals. All my family love coming over to my house for dinner – my favourite food is Italian/Chinese/Thai. To relax, I listen to music. I like classical music, opera, rock, pop, blues, gospel and like to go and see live music and concerts as often as possible. I enjoy watching movies. I enjoy walking in the country. I love to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city to the peace and tranquillity of the countryside. One of my great passions is travel. I love to see new places, experience foreign cultures and meet new people.
